We are Natasha and Rachel Lambert: sisters, sailors, and adventurers. We both thrive on the water, and thanks to our dad, Gary, Natasha's dreams of sailing are a reality. He designed and adapted a boat using his 'Sip-Puff' technology, giving her complete control of the helm and sheets using her breath despite having cerebral palsy. So far we've tackled numerous expeditions, including extensive trips around the UK and our biggest being an Atlantic crossing in 2020, which was captured in the BBC documentary "the girl who sails with her breath" now on Youtube.
